Data Deletion Instructions

At PrintzAI, we believe you should always have control over your data. To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Log in to your PrintzAI account.
2. Navigate to your Settings dashboard.
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
4. Click Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

In Settings → Apps, click Disconnect on the app. Its access token is deleted immediately. You can also remove PrintzAI from the platform itself (for Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations; for Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites). We then stop all access and delete the stored token.

If you cannot access your account, or would prefer us to process the deletion manually, email our support team:

• Send an email to cornelius@freshprintzautomations.co.uk
• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Include the email address associated with your PrintzAI account.

We process all manual deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your user profile and authentication credentials.
• All configured AI Agent settings, workflows, and memory.
• All conversation transcripts and chat histories.
• Any integrated platform connection tokens and data fetched from them (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Google, Shopify, Slack).

Note: basic billing records may be retained slightly longer solely to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
