Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PrintzAI, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PrintzAI provides AI-powered chat, agents, integrations, CRM, bookings, calls, and automation tools. You may use it for lawful business and personal automation. You must not generate harmful or illegal content, automate spam or phishing, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, violate intellectual property rights, or resell access without written consent.

AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it. If you connect integrations or allow agents to act on your behalf, you remain responsible for emails sent, posts published, files created, calendar events booked, calls made, SMS sent, and other automated actions.

PrintzAI can connect to services such as Google Workspace, Meta, LinkedIn, GitHub, GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Twilio. By connecting an integration, you authorise PrintzAI to use the permissions you grant solely to perform requested actions. You can revoke integrations from Settings or through the provider.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at cornelius@freshprintzautomations.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

Normal public chat is free. Agent work, integrations, calls, SMS, generated images, and similar compute-heavy actions use credits. Subscription credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. One-off credit packs do not expire. Prices are in GBP and billing is processed by Stripe.

You can cancel subscriptions from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Because credits pay for digital compute, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or for billing errors at our discretion.

Browser voice input uses your device/browser speech tools where available. Agent phone calls and SMS use connected telephony services such as Twilio and may be logged for your workspace, compliance, and product functionality as described in our Privacy Policy.

PrintzAI branding, technology, and original platform content belong to Fresh Printz Automations Ltd. Content you create with PrintzAI remains yours, subject to third-party provider terms and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Printz Automations Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account from Settings or by contacting us, subject to retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
