PrintzAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

When you connect Google, we may request access to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts, YouTube, Analytics, or Meet depending on the actions you enable. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and only access it to perform actions you or your agents request.

• Account data such as email address, profile details, authentication session, and workspace membership.
• Usage data such as conversations, agent configurations, memories, skills, credits, tool calls, CRM records, bookings, call/SMS logs, and notifications.
• Integration data such as OAuth tokens and provider metadata when you connect third-party apps.
• Payment references handled through Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Survey answers and optional email if you complete the public survey.

Sensitive application data is stored with tenant isolation and encrypted mirrors on backend-managed fields, including credentials, chat logs, agent memory, action logs, SMS, notifications, KYC data, CRM records, bookings, and call logs. Decryption happens server-side for authorised workspace users and application logic.

We process data to provide the service, run AI and agent features, operate integrations you connect, manage billing and credits, secure the platform, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

• Consent for optional surveys, optional follow-up, and marketing where you opt in.
• Legal obligation for tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

Core providers include Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, and optional services such as Twilio. Optional integrations may include Google, Meta, LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack, and GoHighLevel. Integration tokens are used only to perform actions you request and can be revoked from Settings or the provider account.

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal application data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period unless we must retain records for legal, tax, billing, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

UK and EU users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing. You can also opt out of marketing. Contact cornelius@freshprintzautomations.co.uk. You may complain to the ICO.

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy and will notify users of material changes through the product or email where appropriate.
